I-CON 28 is just around the corner and as per usual I have a brand new video premiering! This video is a little... different. It's not quite a comedy, I would place it more in the 'AWSOME' category. I will put it up for download after it premieres, look out for it! In other news, I will be at all the AMV panels at I-CON 28 as well as participating in the Iron Editor competition! This will be the first time I have to make a video in such a short time (2 hours) using unknown footage and music, it should be interesting! I just got back from a great weekend at I-CON 27. I premiered my lastest video, YTMND AMV at the amv contest. I wasn't sure what the reaction would be since this was a very experimental video for me but it was overwhelmingly positive! On top of that, the video won the Best Comedy award! Woo! If you are ready to see the YTMND goodness, look no further, YTMND AMV has been added to the videos section for download! This is my longest video yet, clocking in at over 8 minutes long. I know some of you have been waiting a while to see some videos from me, so how about 15 of them? Enjoy the video and please leave some comments on it. After 6 months working on it on and off, the YTMND AMV is now complete! I originally intended it to be a multi-editor project but I didn't get enough submissions in time. I ended up doing this one by myself which means I will be submitting it to the next round of AMV contests! If you are in the New York/Long Island area, make sure to go to I-CON 27 for the premiere of this video. I will be there as well so make sure to say hi! The video ended up being over 8 minutes long, a brand new record for me. I ended up doing 15 short videos for this so if you've been waiting for some new videos from me this should keep you satisfied! I do plan to do a sequel and try again to make it a multi-editor project so if you were working on any videos for this please continue to do so and get in contact with me. Hopefully this video will generate enough interest so we can do a truly massive sequel!! I will be releasing the video on this site after it premieres at I-CON 27 so look for it on the first weekend of April. |

Just wanted to let you guys know that HA Productions.net is now up. It is my blog where I will talk about all kinds of stuff like video games, anime, programming, health, and many other topics. Check it out if you want an interesting read or just go to get my XBOX 360 gamertag and my Wii Friend Code which are posted on the main page of the site. On to other news, I know its been awhile since I put a new video up so I want to make that up to you. You will now find the video I made for AMV Hell 4 up for download. I know its pretty short but I think its funny. I am currently working on new videos for the next round of conventions, including the already announced YTMND AMV. I may end up doing the entire video myself since I have not recieved any submissions yet, but there is still plenty of time if you do want to contribute. Finally, there is a new redesign for this site in the works to fit with the new HA Productions theme. One of the things I plan to put back on my site after the redesign are my friends music videos which used to be on my old site, so look forward to that. Hello everyone, sorry for the lack of updates. I've got some big news to announce. After working on Party Hard I've wanted to do another multi-editor video but haven't had a good idea until a few months ago. I would like to announce a new multi-editor project: YTMND AMV!! I am a daily YTMND viewer and I always get a lot of ideas for sites but feel limited since I can't do video. I'm sure there are many others like me as well who always had a good idea for a YTMND but are spoiled by video editing versus image editing. Here is your chance to make some hilarious YTMND AMV's! Here are the basic rules Most Important: YTMND. Learn it. Love it. Content: Video) No restrictions, other than it should include anime. Feel free to use any images from YTMND as needed. Music) Use only music from YTMND sites, I recommend to download all the YTMND Soundtracks and remixes so you will have lots of music to work with. Presentation) This is important, don't just make a normal music video to the song. Your video should maintain the YTMND feel to it. Feel free to incorparate your favorite YTMND fads into your AMVs. Length) There is no hard limit on length but try to keep it in the 20sec - 2min range. Most great YTMNDs don't drag on the joke for too long (unless that is the joke). Submission: Video format) Please encode your videos to an avi, preferably using HuffYUV but if you can only do something else we can work it out. Please use 720x480 resolution and make sure its deinterlaced. Naming) This is also important, give your video a name as if you were posting it to the YTMND site. The names will be included in the final video. When you send it to me please name it in this format (Creator Name) - YTMNDAMV - (YTMND AMV Name).avi Get it to me) Please e-mail me jesmaster@haproductions.net or send me a message on AIM ( Jesmaster13222 ) and I will send over information on how you will get the video over to me (either by sending it to me over AIM or FTP). Feel free to submit as many videos as you want! Right now the cutoff date will be in March 2008 so you should have plenty of time to make some videos. The time has come, you can go to the videos page right now and download EoE Dragula -Ultimate Edition-. This is the remake I have been hinting at for the past couple of months and it is a great relief to finally post it on the site to share with all of you! With this release I am moving EoE -Perfect Version- to the legacy videos section since this video outclasses it in every way. This video had a strong premiere at AnimeNEXT 2007 and will compete at the end of the month at Otakon. Don't miss this one especially if you have seen the older versions before! For future projects, I am thinking I should do some more remakes of some of my videos, I have some ideas which ones should get a remake but I would like to hear from you guys. I'm really glad to hear the great reception my Old School Anime Baseball video had at Anime Expo. Many described it as the most fun video there! Thanks to everyone who voted for it! As for more con news, AnimeNEXT is this weekend and with it is the priemere of my newest video (although it is a remake of one of my older videos). I'm not sure if I am going or not, but if you are going then make sure not to miss the AMVs. Hopefully mine will once again make a strong showing. I will be posting the new video here for download sometime on Sunday so be sure to check back here in a few days. Then of course this video will show at Otakon at the end of the month so we will see how that goes. If you've been to any of my videos pages here you will have noticed I changed the layout a bit. Most importantly I added some AJAX features to the review submitting form. Now it preforms proper data validation and adds your new review the moment you submit it with some fancy effects. Hopefully this will make submitting reviews a cleaner and more enjoyable process than before. I have tested these new features a lot for the past couple of weeks but if you notice any bugs please e-mail me and let me know. This is my first attempt at AJAXifying the site so there may be some bugs. Next I plan to continue the redesign the layout of this site and make it cleaner and easier to navigate. The AMV finalists who will compete at Otakon has been announced and my latest video is one of them! This is a great feeling for me since the last time I entered a video to Otakon was Neon Genensis Polka back in 2001 and it didn't make it as one of the finalists. It seriously is taking all of my willpower to remain quiet about this new video, all I will say is that it is a very ambitious remake of one of my most popular videos, a video which is still recieving praise to this day. If you've ever been a fan of my videos, just seeing which video I did a remake of will make you tingle with anticipation. Thats it for hints from me, if you are going to Otakon enjoy my new video and when you get home come back here and I will have the download page for it ready to go. I also submitted videos to two other big conventions and am I still waiting for confirmation that they made it into the contest. I will update here once I get more info. Sorry for the belated update. So whats next Jesmaster? Well.. it seems like the answer is AnimeNext! For winning Best Video at I-CON 26 I got a trophy, but more importantly I got free ticket to AnimeNEXT! Believe it or not, this will be my first real anime convention and I'm very excited to come. Of course this means you can expect my next new video to premiere there!! Well yes and no... I am beginning work on a new video for AnimeNEXT right now, well not a NEW video but a total remake of one of my most famous videos! All I will say is that this is probably the last video you would expect a remake of... Look for it at AnimeNEXT this July! In other news I do plan to redesign the look and feel of this website and add a lot more cool features, check back later for those. I also plan to put up a page of videos I began but never finished, I actually have quite a few and some of them are really cool. I track the traffic this site gets daily and I want thank everyone for spreading the word and letting people know this site is back. After a 3 and a half year haitus I have finally returned and put my site back up! Where have you been Jesmaster? you ask. Well I lost the haproductions.com domain back in august of 2003, since then I've just been busy with college and work that I decided to take a break from AMV's for awhile. This isn't entirely true since I have put out a few small releases here and there during that time but for the most part I was inactive in the AMV scene. Now I am back up with a new host (Dreamhost) and I did a complete internal redesign of my site. It may look similar to my old layout but behind the scenes I am now keeping all the sites information in databases and dynamically generating almost every aspect of this site. Unfortunately you may have noticed that the site is now .net . I could not get the .com back which is a shame because all my old videos have that address at the end. Just remeber to use .net when you come here or e-mail me (you should just bookmark the page though). Enough with the babble, the reason you came here was for AMV's. For the first time ever, ALL of my videos are available for download. This includes all my current videos, legacy videos, and non-anime videos. I have also added a new video reviewing system, at the bottom of each videos' page you will see a review submit form. Just fill out your review information and your review will be added instantly. I love hearing how you thought of my videos so please submit some reviews if you have something to say. Now on to brand new videos. During my hiatus I made short videos for three multi-creator projects, AMV Hell 0, AMV Hell 3, and Party Hard. You will find my shorts from the AMV Hell videos up for download here as well as the entire Party Hard video. I added a short video I made for fun a while back but never posted on the site called Emerald Hina. There is also a new non-anime video I made showing my Mugen setup called Mugen Music Video, I did post that initially to google video and you may have seen it there, if not you can download right here. Most importantly right when I lost my original site I completed one last video which I never posted online. I did submit it to the I-CON 24 AMV contest and it won Best Video. This is perhaps one of my best videos and I decided to save it until I brought my site back. Well now the site is back and you can download Sexy Commando Bitches. Don't let the title fool you, the video isn't inappropriate in any way, you just have to see it to understand, I definitely recommend you to download that video if you could only get one. Now that I'm back you can expect new videos at a consistent basis. In fact, I have recently completed my first new AMV since my hiatus, this video will premiere at the I-CON 26 AMV contest at the end of the month. If you are going to I-CON 26 then make sure not to miss the AMV contest, this new one is one of my most original videos as far as the concept goes.
